• Responsible for hiring, on-boarding, training, and leading 2-5 crew members to accomplish tasks
the customer requires.
• Conduct daily JSA and JHA with my crew, other foreman, subcontractors, and any on-site
visitors. Report near misses and good catches to the company and customer for review.
• Record accurate data and measurements utilizing the company's Data Collection Tool.
• Perform inspections on steel transmission structures and make determinations of the structures'
current status and durability.
• Coordinate with the engineering department on the exact data needing to be collected and
communicate structure restoration techniques and methods for the most efficient results.
• Perform repairs on the structures including demolition of existing concrete, making rebar cages,
building wooden forms, mixing and pouring concrete, welding reinforcing steel members,
replacing bolt-on components, and more.
