On-site provisions include a public drop-off canopy, an Ambulance drop-off canopy, and generator & dumpster enclosures. Completed value engineering of civil plans to include revised retaining walls to meet existing conditions such as revising a 6’-0” block wall with a 17’-0” cast in place, 14” thick, concrete retaining wall along the 190-foot property line. This project was interrupted for 6 months, in the middle of construction, due to COVID.
