I was working for abm at tsmc micrchip plant in phx as a cleaner and access control until abm lost there contract do to be lowballed when it came time for renewal ? So i have been at geu5 as a lead at night i have a crew of about 8 to 10 workers which we clean everything from top to bottom empty all corrugate,trash,plastic bins everynight all my inspections every wednesday hve been 97 to 99.5 % I train new workers on tje floor machine also show safety hazards and practice ppe
