Having experience with acquisition processes and tools and negotiating comprehensive documentation in response to the plan approved by the customer as well as stakeholder involvement ensures a quality product. Having a lot of flexibility can sometimes lead to projects expanding without clear boundaries or being overwhelming when requirements are well-defined and there are few changes during a project. In areas where technology and user requirements can change rapidly, iterative development is crucial. Developing any working model, which might take longer than expected due to its structured nature.
