· Check if loan application has all relevant requirements, applicant signature, if amount in words and figure is not altered and the required attachments.
· Capture member loan form details into the system.
· Capture Salary details of loan applicant into the system.
· Check eligibility and defer loans which members qualify for less amount than applied and reject for those not qualifying.
· Capture guarantor information into system and verify signatures against the Bio-data in the system, check copies of their national IDs, if not legible defer the loan application.
· Receiving additional loan details and requirements i.e. payslips, ID’s or additional guarantor form and re-opening deferred loan application for next stage.
· Confirm if security provided (collateral or guarantors) covers the loan applied.
· Marketing Sacco loan products to members without loans.
· Check if the loan applicant have highlighted all correct loan balances to boost.
