Jan 2002 to Jun 2020: Deputy Marshal for Security: Supreme Court of the United States Developed and executed the full spectrum of the Court's law enforcement, security, intelligence, continuity, and emergency preparedness programs. Worked closely with the Supreme Court’s 220 personnel Police force to implement, check, and evaluate effective security practices and procedures. Participated in over 50 Joint Staff Integrated Vulnerability Assessments (JSIVAs) and Balanced Survivability Assessments examined single point vulnerabilities to potential terrorist attack and provided operational, procedural, and technical guidance for reducing the potential impact of terrorist or other hostile activities against Department of Defense installations and facilities worldwide. Trained and mentored team members in the counterintelligence, threat analysis and assessment, terrorist targeting, physical security, and emergency management. Established and supported extensive contacts, detailed coordination, and frequent liaison with senior Federal officials focusing on terrorism, and force protection issues.
