Led an effort to migrate 13K NYC traffic lights Infrastructure to AT&T’s Wireless and Secure Network. The majority of sites were successfully installed. Improved the installation process for the new routers and other enhancements to the traffic lights, Led the team using the principles of Scrum including transparency, inspection, and adaption. Led the team to define the definition of DONE. Analyzed biweekly data to flag and resolve gaps. Coached teams on Agile Practices.

Stored data in AWS. Wrote a program to flag missing data in excel. Got excel to work with the hexadecimal system.

Ran status calls using a color-coded dashboard created by my analysis. The Dashboard was similar to Jira Dashboards though programmed by me in Excel. Led the team to take an agile approach to project closure.

Successfully navigated through the multiple suppliers and interfaced directly with the end client resulting in a successful deployment. Led parts of the spin-off of Honeywell’s Home’s business into Resideo. Managed over 20 Global Site Migrations whose data and prepped data to be stored in Service Now. Took an Agile/Collaborative approach to insuring construction work and people moves completed on time and within budget. Applied six sigma techniques to the deployment.

Network. eComp uses AT&T’s Integrated Cloud and network virtualization to achieve operational automation. Managed Migration from Rally to TDP.

Ran 2-week sprints with 3 iterations of Define, Build Test. Built the “Himalaya Scrum Team” from scratch. Himalaya works on the SDN-GC system and does spin-ups for the virtual components using Java, Ginger, Robot, and other tools. Scrum of Scrum Master recognized Himalaya for impeccable teamwork, collaboration, timeliness and quality.

Facilitated daily standup, sprint reviews, Scrum of Scrums, and project retrospectives. Single point for escalation.

Insured Jira, Rally and Sharepoint were updated and current. Admin for these systems. Customized reports.
