Develop and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product quality and buyer satisfaction, implementing QC, QA, and QMS techniques to improve defect detection.

Apply Lean Manufacturing tools (5W2H, Fishbone, A3, PDCA, DMAIC) and establish quality procedures, standards, and KPIs in alignment with buyer requirements.

Monitor non-compliances, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and implement 5S housekeeping. Collaborate with third parties and buyers to meet new requirements and ensure smooth operations.

Train QC, QI, and quality staff on quality standards and safety protocols. Organize technical seminars and Management Review Meetings for leadership engagement.

Oversee AQL levels and ensure proper inspection and documentation of incoming, in-process, and final goods.

Update quality policies, develop manuals and SOPs according to global standards, and track internal audit and safety reports. Keep top management informed through regular updates.
