•Senior engineer supporting the remediation, standardization and modernization of a 20-node NetScaler SDX/MPX deployment. The deployment is spread across 3 physical datacenters, including 24 NetScaler VPX HA pairs, both public and internally facing, and Microsoft Azure instances.

•Day-to day operational support for approx. 1,500 load balanced virtual server and content switching VIPs.

•Troubleshooting connectivity challenges within the environment.

•Secondarily providing support for the company’s Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) 7 1912 LTSR CU10 environment.

•Recently migrated several NetScaler VPX instances to new hardware, retiring legacy devices.

Overall engagement spanned 4 years and included Member Office desktop support, Committee and Leidos server support (including STIGs), and datacenter operations support for USHOR.

•Served in multiple roles during my tenure at Bank of America, including Product Owner and Architect for Citrix Virtualization technologies, Manager for a 12-person Citrix Engineering team (including offshore resources), Team Lead for a 4-person architecture team, and Senior engineer on a 6-person engineering team, supporting the integration and deployment of applications hosted on Citrix XenApp for the Global Wealth and Investment Management (GWIM) vertical.

•Supported the deployment of 10,000 iPads to Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors (FAs) for remote access to applications and desktops while servicing customers.

•Engineered and deployed Bank of America’s Global Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services licensing infrastructure.
