• CBC using Sysmex –Xn2000
• Coagulation tests using ACL 350
• Manual differential count
• Body fluid manual count
• Microscopic and macroscopic urine analysis
• Receiving, labeling and safely storing samples to be tested
* Do test preparation, and the reagents for each test.
* Organizing and storing samples in accordance with all requirements to ensure safety.
* Cleaning and maintaining lab equipments, including calibration of the equipments.
* Maintaining equipment records and daily work logs.
* Perform different different kinds of of tests on blood, stool, examination, study the morphology of blood components.
* Perform the coagulation tests like : PT, APTT.
* Draw the blood samples from patients. Review patient medical datafor allergies and blood type.
* Analyze blood samples and report test results.
* Maintain quality results by running standards and controls, verifying equipment function through routine equipment maintenance.
