Air Quality Prediction using Machine Learning Models - Developed an air quality prediction model on indian coastal city Visakhapatnam using five machine learning models such as AdaBoost, XGBoost, CatBoost, Random Forest Regressor, and LightGBM. Collected and analyzed the VISAKHAPATNAM dataset from Kaggle, performed data preprocessing (handling missing values, feature scaling, and encoding categorical variables), and applied feature engineering. Evaluated models using RMSE and R scores, achieving the highest accuracy of 63.75 percentage with CatBoost. Optimized models through hyperparameter tuning and provided insights into air pollution trends to support environmental monitoring and decision-making. Key features include: Shape Selection– Users can draw rectangles, circles, and triangles with an optional fill color. Brush Eraser Tools– Freehand drawing with adjustable stroke thickness and an eraser with variable size. Color Customization– Radio button-based color picker for selecting drawing and fill colors. Canvas Controls– Clear canvas functionality to reset drawings. Save as Image– Allows users to download their artwork as an image file.
