Duties and Responsibilities:
• Controlling Quality of work as per project specifications & engineering standards (SAES, ASTM, ACI, SAIC).
• Reviewed and verified method statements, quality plans, and inspection test plans (ITPs) to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• After necessary checking at site, preparing and raising RFI & submitting it to PID for Inspection.
• Supervised and inspected structural works, including foundations, columns, beams, and slabs, ensuring compliance with SAES, ACI and ASTM standards.
• Conducted quality control checks for concrete works to maintain project specifications and standards.
• Coordinated with contractors and site engineers to resolve construction issues and improve project quality.
• Reviewed material test reports, mix designs, and concrete pour approvals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitored waterproofing, reinforcement, and formwork installation for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Issuing INCR and Proactive Notification to the construction team in case of non-conformance.
• Receiving materials on site as per the approved submittal and engineering standards.

• Conduct inspection on received materials prior to installation or use in the project.
• In project sites supervise & check the work quality, whether the construction work is being done as per Drawings & specifications.
• Temperature of Concrete, Time of Batching at the plant and the Revolution Counter and the type of cement Type 1 or Type V and check the Location of Area.
• Ensuring Guidelines on Excavation, Casing, Reinforcement, and Concrete Placement.
• Inspection of Formwork and Reinforcement for footings and foundation prior to concrete and giving clearance for concrete work.
• Check rebars size, number of rebars used for the structure, overlap etc.
• Witness the temperature & slump of the fresh concrete.
• Supervise monitoring of comprehensive strength test of cylinder and coordinating the result with the PID.
• Perform inspections of concrete batching plant operations in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct visual and physical inspections of batching equipment, raw materials, and concrete mixers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct material inspections and tests, including slump tests, moisture content tests, and aggregate gradation tests.
• Monitor plant performance, including calibration of weighing scales and batching processes.
• Identify and address any non-conformities or deficiencies in batching operations.
