I also started in Collections (Financial Services) at the first of the year. This company was contracted through the government, so it had a lot of responsibility in keeping up with current laws and regulations on making phone calls, and exactly what you can and cannot say. You were responsible for keeping up with the accounts that you set up into a repayment program. There were weekly and monthly goals that had to be met. This job paid$18.17 per hour.

While working for them, I earned awards including top closer for the year of 2013. I also trained new employees after only 3 months. Hourly $7.75 plus commission - averaging $60-70 per tour.

10/12-3/13 Happy Feet - Myrtle Beach, SC - Customer Service Rep Responsibilities included answering the phones, as well as calling back voicemail messages that were left from customers left daily. I also kept all of the emails caught up that were sent on a daily basis. I moved from TN to SC to take this position, and made $10 per hour plus commission on insoles that I sold over the phone.
