Company: J P Morgan Chase. (Jan 2003 to May 2025) - Location: Wilmington DE.

Chase Auto - Jan 2019 – May 2025. Role performed: VP - Senior Manager.

Led the delivery of various microservices and event driven systems as related to the build out of Chase Auto Preferred (CAP) system in a private cloud Environment. Led multiple teams in different time zones to roll out CAP.

Worked with different Vendors to evaluate suitability as a data provider for Chase Auto Preferred.

Worked with Vendor to review web and mobile usability and test the functionality.

Oversaw the implementation of 3rd party authentication solutions with SAML and OAuth using established corporate infrastructure.

Worked with overseas teams to deliver bidirectional API and event integration with a new vendor for exchanging business data.

Oversaw development metrics such as Unit Test coverage, Test Automation, automation of CI/CD pipelines for build and deploy processes.

I led the design and delivery of Centralized Search Index (CSI), one of the largest NoSQL document metadata stores in Chase that houses more than fifty billion documents such as statements, Checks and Disclosures using a third-party NoSQL Engine

Worked with Product, architecture and Delivery teams in multiple time zones to deliver CSI.

As a Senior Software Engineer, I Led the development of Chase Exclusives application at Mortgage. Developed Business rules for Chase Exclusives application for calculating and applying credits for Mortgage and bank account customers.

Card Services - Jan 2003 to Jan 2011. Role: Software Engineer

-Technical Lead for Enterprise Content Management System and related components (ECMS). Involved in architecture, vendor selection, scoping and planning and hands on implementation of ECMS Initiatives for dynamic content generation of credit card data and disclosures. The ECMS system designed by me exists till date after nearly twenty years due to the complexity of the system.

Worked on Hispanic Internationalization for Statement Messages and Billheads, implemented a custom encoder in java for EBCDIC conversion for mainframe feeds and resolved various internationalization issues.

Wrote multithreaded applications to generate dynamic statements, disclosures and card member agreements.
