Managing of the process of organization the most important in Central Europe medical conference and trade fair – Central European Healthcare Expo, covering: pharmacy, medical devices, start-ups, clinical trials, artificial intelligence, robotic solutions, digital medicine, representatives of medical companies and the best technological solutions for personalized medicine and biogenic drugs.

Project Manager and Head of R&D

Assessing medical market and creating products that give a competitive advantage. It allowed to acquire new international customers and dominate Polish market (interest in products for plastic surgery increased by 20%, which allowed for setting trends and launching further products to continue increasing sales).

Transferring knowledge and idea of innovative products into manufacturing, that saved 30% of the budget allocated to research and development.

Preparing documentation for co-financing the project from EU funds. The application was successfully accepted and we received PLN 1,500,000.

Detailed analysis, in accordance with FMEA, ISO 13485 and Quality Control requirements, eliminated risks of products and process, what streamlined the approval process and shortened the time to place products for sale.

Planning production and developing product life cycle. I set time, scope and budget, which improved the work. It prevented loosing money and shortages of resources.

Completion a competitive assembly line (tested surgical sutures machines in Korea and Germany). Selected the most effective production machines, and components, allowed to save 80,000 USD for the purchase of modern microscopes, which improved the efficiency of the QC.

Managing 400 000 USD budget with successful implementation of the project within the budget and achievable resources.
