●Researched the client's history of the program and condensed it down to a single page.

●Coordinated with know donors of Idaho State University via call and email to get donations for the event we held on April 12, 2024 which we hit our objective #1 which was to increase face to face engagement among 50 CMP students.

●Generated powerpoints with info about the opportunities the CMP department offered to students with the goal of raising awareness to 50 students which was 100% achieved by having 54 students come to our event on April 12, 2024.

ISU CMP 3320 Foundations of Leadership Project, Pocatello, Idaho

●Prepared a video with classmates on what is good leadership skills and what is not which we successfully did ahead of the deadline with time to edit the video so it was 100% the way we wanted it.

●Researched on what is considered bad traits of leadership for my part in the video and it turned out great with humorous appeal to our audience.

●Coordinated with assigned classmates via text on where and when to meet during the semester to go over the leadership project and when someone couldn't make it we took turns writing down the group's discussion so we could inform whoever was absent.
