RE: Reference for Ms Rejoyce Ditsebe (ID: 431321213) Dear Sir or Madam

This serves to confirm that I have worked with Ms Ditsebe as her supervisor at Renal Care Institute (RCI) from April 2020 until 2021. She was on attachment working as a Nephrology Clinical Technologist student.

Ms Ditsebe’s positive attitude and professionalism make her a very pleasant person to work with. She is a great team player and has very good interpersonal skills. Part of Rejoyce’s duties at RCI included but were not limited to taking care of patients with chronic kidney disease, by ensuring weighing of patients pre and post dialysis is done. She then performs full body assessments and subsequently connects patients to Haemodialysis machines and dialyze according to Nephrologist’s prescription. One of her other focusses is plant room monitoring, troubleshooting of HD machines, acid and bicarbonate preparation and dialysis reuse processes. She did patient education on different aspects of their treatments such as HD catheter care, Fistula care, renal diet etc. With the above skills and experience in mind, I unreservedly recommend Ms Ditsebe to any organization or institute of learning that might want to engage her. Please feel free to contact me may the need arise Yours Faithfully,

Rona Letlhogile (Mr.)
