Job Responsibilities:

1) Provide NABH, Lab Safety Training to new employee 2) Provide Sample collection Training to new Nurse Staff. 3) To conduct routine tests in the lab for use in treatment and diagnosis of disease. 4) Testing and examining body fluids for specific diseases/ for abnormalities. 5) To collect blood samples, perform blood counts, and perform tests to determine Bleeding, coagulation time, blood types and other characteristics . 6) To prepare smears of fluids and examine them with a microscope. 7) To manage inventory in respective area allotted. 8) Entry of results and generation of reports as per lab protocol.
