NEW YORK UNIVERSITY-New York, New York 2019-Present Senior Network Technician

● Work with NYU’s Network Engineering and Operations teams to deploy and install (Rack and stack) Network Infrastructure across the NYU campus.

● Troubleshoot and resolve any Layer 2 connectivity issues Desktops / laptops, Access point, switches, IP phones, UPS, PDUS

● Adhere to NYU standards for any and all Network configurations and changes

● Interface with key members of NYU’s Network, Project Management and Facilities teams to understand areas of impact during migrations.
