U.S. Army Trial Defense Service, 154th LSO, Heidelberg, Germany (Senior Defense Counsel) 2000-2003
nMajor, US Army Reserve represented hundreds of U.S. Army Reserve and Active Duty soldiers in all types of judicial and non-judicial proceedings. Supervised and trained several new defense counsel. Designed and equipped new office with all necessary materials and technology.

n1st Lieutenant –Major served in several positions from Trial Counsel (prosecutor), Senior Trial Counsel, Chief of Claims, Labor Law Attorney, Chief of Military Justice, Government Appellate Counsel, and Trainer for military defense counsel and prosecutors worldwide. Successfully tried hundreds of felony criminal cases, specializing in child abuse and domestic violence cases, successfully briefed and argued hundreds of cases before all levels of military and federal; appellate courts, death penalty certified, trained victims’ advocate, trained thousands of soldiers on the Law of War, Rules of Engagement for various international conflicts, and Military Justice. Trained hundreds of military trial attorneys on effective courtroom advocacy and arguments.
