I build trust across teams, functions, and moments that matter. Over more than two decades at Microsoft, I’ve helped leaders navigate complexity, guided teams to move with intent, and shaped strategies that resonate.

My work spans global enablement, high-stakes technical sales, security programs, infrastructure builds, and field coaching. I’ve architected systems—from directory services to cloud frameworks— that powered real transformation. I’ve led customer conversations at every level, carried a bag, contributed to strategy inside multi-billion-dollar territories, and coached managers under pressure. More recently, I’ve brought that experience into storytelling—crafting cinematic video narratives that help ideas land with power and personality.

• Drove $13M+ Secure Migration pipeline and a 56% field confidence shift through seller-first resources, simple messaging, and consistent rhythm.

• Led federal transformation efforts with the U.S. Department of Energy, Tennessee Valley Authority, Strategic Petroleum Reserves, and the U.S. Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, delivering privilege-aware design and national-level security compliance.
