Products included Ethanol, bio-diesel, propylene Glycol for blending aircraft deicer for Dow, and Glycerin. Responsible for a P/L of $10M of EBITDA per annum.

Terminal operation consists of 6 marine berths and a SPM (Single Point Mooring) berth. Also, responsible for marine bunkering operations which consisted of a fleet of 5 barges and 6 tug boats for local island and cruise ship deliveries of bunker fuels. Received a Nustar Star Performer Award 8/2011 for successfully re-negotiating a 4-year collective union labor agreement. P&L responsibility of 45M EBITDA.

Relieved terminal of EPA consent decree which ultimately led to OSHA VPP status for the first terminal within NuStar West Coast to receive this award. P&L responsibility of $12M as well as Project Manager for all capital improvements.
