Job Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 15 HVAC technicians, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.

• Conduct regular training sessions on safety procedures, new technologies, and best practices.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored HVAC solutions

• Maintenance responsibility of schedule/unscheduled & preventive action of the facility & Infrastructure machines and equipment’s (HVAC Plant).

• Corrective and Preventive maintenance of AHU, FCU, CRAC, AIR CURRENT,DX, VRV, SUMP PUMP, Fan.

• BACS/BMS operation

• Ensured that all materials used work performed are as per specifications.

• Surveying site for inspection and see any problems technical queries are properly and timely solved.

• Inspected the material and escalated all issues to the consultants.

• Identifying tool fixture required for maintenance by the help of available manuals on tooling either provided by MFR or In-house documents.

• Make daily activities report to project manager.

• Supervision the duct works installation as per design.

• Monitor control and accomplish the assigned job card / work order issued by planning control.

• Ensure the health and safety published bulletin compliance.

• Prepared health safety and environment inspection checklist .i.e.(ppe, access to site, housekeeping, confined space, hot work, smoking general safety, incident reporting)

• Assist in preparing the risk analysis assessment report.

• Prepare and complete the fire safety check sheet on periodic basis i.e. (hazard identification, people, fire safety arrangement admin and record).
