Here I present to you my skills and abilities in the kitchen and restaurant:

In my more than 14 years of experience in gastronomy, it is worth highlighting that I have

skills and handling in the use of griddles, ovens and stoves. And no less important, table

utensils such as cutting boards and knives, among others.

Expert in the preparation of sauces and dressings for salads, and sauces and seasonings for

meats, poultry and fish. I also have good handling in the preparation of pasta, rice, stews

and beans.

And no less important, maintaining hygiene and order in production and the work

environment.

My experiences in restaurants; receiving the customer, and welcoming him to the restaurant,

starting the service with the restaurant's appetizer, and presenting the menu, then taking the

order when the customer is ready to order. Depending on the restaurant, offering him a

coffee when the customer leaves, giving him a friendly farewell.

At closing time, an inventory of the course of the day is organized, the restaurant is cleaned

and the tables are cleared to prepare for the next day.

Other of my skills, and no less important, are that I am a healthy person physically, mentally,

and spiritually.

I like Canada for the opportunities it offers, and more so the cultural exchange that it allows

me to enjoy, I like its customs, and I like the Canadian way of life. This country has become

a dream for me, so I will be very grateful to receive a prompt job interview.
