*At QT bench test all device's for any purpose it was brought back for. Ex. Some were brought back just because service was cancelled.. Others were brought back because signals were weak,channels might not all be programmed, modem's didn't work properly. Test at QT bench find the problems correct and re-program. Then send to last staging area
*At this area clean all device's shrink wrap and check schedule to see what drivers gets assigned device to be shipped back out.
