I am currently a Quality Improvement Project Manager with Denver Health Medical Plan (DHMP). I work across multiple platforms including but not limited to EPIC, Tableau. I specialize in CAHPS and HEDIS measures. I have been taking Epic Certification classes and am working on completing the certification exams. As a Certified and Licensed Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) at Kaiser Permanente, I took pride in maintaining the pharmacy systems. I was a leader in my industry and a point person for new hire training. I hold additional certification for expertise in product verification and medication reconciliation. I work well in a team environment with multiple disciplinarians within the health care system to decrease gaps in patient care. I enjoy providing quality customer care and excellent customer service.
