Urban Air Adventure Park 2023-2024
Cashier/ Party Host
Altitude Trampoline Park 2022-2023
Cashier/ Court Monitor
Working as a Party Host was one of the best experiences of my life. I had to ensure the safety of the children by checking the waivers of the parents. Communication was a key factor of evaluating a relationship with the parent of the birthday girl or boy that day. I would assist the parents in set-up for certain themes orchestrate balloon patterns, pass out pizza, cake, and drinks. Working as a cashier included enstating the necessary safety waiver. Membership ambassador was another aspect of working as a front desk member. I would welcome everyone into the establishment and explain where the parties for the weekend were held, direct everyone where they need to go in a timely manner with a smile. While ensuring everyone had the safety contract signed within the past year. Working as a court monitor at Altitude was different than Urban Air. They had a set protocol on how the situation of someone getting hurt was handled. We had to grasp every ones attention by blowing our wistle three times and contacting via Wally talky that someone has been hurt at a level of color degree. Then, an ice pack and incident report were brought to the area described on the walky talky.
