Support a DoD government office as a financial and technical consultant to review funding documents in the various phases (Commitments, Obligations and Expenditures) to ensure the transactions are correct. Review Travel documents on a daily basis to insure funding and fund cites are accurate. Use Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRs) to monitor the documents are posted as required. I review execution documents using budgetary, automated systems and computer-generated products in reviewing budgeting/funding assignments. Perform a regular review of forecasts and accounting data and reconcile charges between several systems (CCaRs, MOCAS, DFAS and BQ).
Required to work remotely because assignment was handled by computer. Work with clients independently because we were work was handled remotely. We went into the office 2 times a month for group meetings to discuss upcoming events. Run and provide monthly reports showing Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) funds transferred from one military organization to another to procure services, supplies or equipment.

Perform budget formulation work involving review and preparation of budget estimates and financial plans.
