Defined a successful bank acquisition model for the 6th largest Bank in the US, leading a 30- person Cobol maintenance team to convert the system to Ab Initio and provided the leadership to deliver the project on time and budget and turn the team into a high-performance Ab Initio development group.
Provided technical management and leadership in building a near real-time process to handle all shipping orders for a multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation, rescuing a troubled project by delivering the first incremental release that added $70M to the bottom line and covered one-fourth of the items.

Built development staff, designed initial products, was COO. Sold the company to Ericcson. after Harlan Mills died.
