Civil

From underground to concrete, witness of Proof Rolling, Soil Compaction and testing, inspecting forms, in-beds and re-bar, witnessing slump and air tests, witnessing the concrete pours, verified grade and finish grade, and verified specified materials were used.

Mechanical/Welding

Verification that weld procedures are approved by the client, verifying proper rod storage is utilized, verify dimensions of fabrication, redline drawings as needed, visual inspection of welds, weld mapping, organizing non-destructive testing, witness hydro tests, final walk-down inspection of systems for turn-over including checking all bolted connections (piping and structural) for correct materials and tightness, compilation of documentation for client turnover.

Coatings

Checked atmospheric conditions to approve blasting and coating operations, checked blot test for blast equipment, checked blasted surface for proper profile and cleanliness before coating application. Verify all documentation has the correct information and batch numbers, witnessed holiday testing.

Insulation/Fireproofing

Verify lines/structures to be worked on, verify heat tracing is installed (if needed), and check all materials meet specifications before application.
