Created process to convert +300 JCL/Procs/Control cards to retrieve FTP UserIds and Passwords from an Offsite Electronic Password Vault (EPV). Worked with vendors for first successful Mainframe EPV usage at Northern Trust.
Converted communication with Equilend for Price Updates from MQ to SFTP.
Added Finance Fee process to the Loan update process
Modified Loan Settlement process to use Realtime updates via MQ

Was part of a team responsible for designing, coding, and testing changes to order processing, pricing, and invoicing systems.
These changes were designed to replace legacy CICS/DB2-based applications with an Oracle EBS - based system.
Some existing mainframe functions were retired, and online calls to pricing modules were replaced with CICS web service calls, to obtain pricing data from Oracle.
These enhancements were developed on an IBM mainframe using IBM Enterprise COBOL for z/OS, DB2, MVS, CICS, BMS maps, Unix System Services, VSAM, XML, Macro 4 InSync, Panvalet, and IBM Debug.
Created SQL queries and provided documentation of this system’s functionality for users.
