Project Lead/Hands-on SRE

Worked as a Site Reliability Engineer in Production Operations. Work involved interacting with various teams to ensure various alerts are taken care of immediately and meet the SLAs. Hosted daily KPI calls and ran review calls discussing Jira stories. Created Jira stories, Incidents, and BPM tickets and followed up with various teams to close them. Work closely with other SRE teams in resolving / getting input on the issues raised. Closely monitored various dashboards (Google Cloud, Big Query, Quantum Metrics, New Relic) and took care of the issues quickly before the issues become big. Worked as Lead Technical Project manager on an E-commerce platform built on Salesforce/Demandware supporting five applications. Developed strategy and managed a $29M conversion project replacing a large monolithic legacy AT&T application using microservices architecture using Java which is used in digital/mobile platform.
