Recruited as inaugural Executive Director to develop and build Foundation supporting the newly constructed hospital; since inception, have raised almost $2.5 million dollars from nearly 2,000 donors.

Led the development and implementation of a growth-focused strategic plan

Secured major gifts from individuals and corporations ranging from $1,000 to $50,000

Successfully recruited the Board of Directors within one year of the Foundation’s inception
