Worked as a system tester for over three years on the Indiana Support Enforcement Tracking System (ISETS) project with a special interest on system enhancements.
Participated in requirements meetings involving State personnel, business analysts, and programmers.
Prepared test plans with scenarios to support testing activities for major enhancements and production problems based on written requirements. Also, followed testing procedures after test plans were deemed acceptable.
Worked closely with system programmers to implement enhancements to the existing system as well as production issues that may arise from a maintenance standpoint.
Occasionally trained county staff on how to use the system when a new enhancement went into production.
Performed migration procedures to transfer fixed programming into the statewide child support system.
