Construction and Evaluation of a CNN-Based Model for Interior Design Image Classification 2025

Built and trained a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to classify interior design images into multiple categories.

Compared performance across DenseNet121, VGG16, and InceptionV3 architectures.

Tools used: Python, TensorFlow, Keras, Google Colab.

Achieved the following test accuracies:

VGG16: 97.06%

DenseNet121: 94.90%

InceptionV3: 81.48%

Implemented and compared multiple real-time object detection and tracking algorithms for multi- camera environments.

Evaluated methods including YOLOv11, DeepSORT, SORT, ByteTrack, and Fast RNN for performance in accuracy and tracking consistency.

Utilized OpenCV and deep learning libraries to experiment and visualize cross-camera object tracking.
