Shift Managers are responsible for overseeing and running the store based on company expectations.Manager helps around the restaurant to ensure a successful day of business. We are tasked with helping all areas of the restaurant including Prep, Grill, Digital Order Station and the Front Service Area. Being an OTP2 is overseeing all technology in the restaurant, working at 100% efficiency and reporting any cooking equipment that may be out of order. Drivers would load various household building items such as doors, windows, cabinets, drywall, etc. in a timely fashion and deliver within the time given. When we reached our drop off location we would safely unload the freight for the contractors and set them where they wanted it. Sales team would greet customers as they walked in and assist them with finding products or making a sales order for any larger projects.

Guest Experience Manager Feb. 2022- Sep. 2023 Roanoke, VA Guest Experience Manager helps around the restaurant to ensure a successful day of business. We are tasked with helping all areas of the restaurant including Prep, Grill, Digital Order Station and the Front Line. We were also able to catch overrides at registers, handle money to restock registers, check the parking lot, clean registers, and send morning and evening recaps. We have a digital checklist we use on an Ipad to ensure food quality is where it should be from Temp to Taste. We also use it to complete weekly cleaning tasks as well as seasonal changes when the menu changes. It is our job to ensure the guest experience is amazing from start to finish and ensure the customer feels welcomed even if it isn’t their first time eating with us. Skills
