1.Anak Usaha J Resources Dinobatkan Sebagai Penyerap TKDN Terbaik (21/11/2019) Anak Usaha J Resources Dinobatkan Sebagai Penyerap TKDN Terbaik Jakarta, PT J Resources Bolaang Mongondow, Anak usaha PT J Resources Asia Pasifik,Tbk (PSAB) mendapat apresiasi berupa penghargaan. Kali ini dari Asosiasi Pertambangan Indonesia (API/IMA) sebagai Perusahaan Pengguna Produk Dalam Negeri Terbaik (TKDN) Perusahaan Mineral.

Pengukuhan sekaligus penyerahan piala dilakukan dalam sebuah acara bertajuk

“Indonesia Mining Award” yang dilaksanakan di Jakarta (20/11). Acara ini berlangsung meriah dan dihadiri oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia Bapak Joko Widodo, Menteri ESDM Arifin Tasrif, Sekretaris Kabinet Pramono Anung dan Wakil Menteri BUMN Budi Gunadi Sadikin.

Penghargaan ini merupakan yang kedua kalinya bagi PT JRBM. Tahun lalu perusahaan tambang emas ini juga meraih predikat terbaik untuk kategori yang sama. Hal ini menujukkan komitmen dan konsistensi perusahaan menggunakan produk dalam negeri di kegiatan operasional tambang. Manager Logistik J Resources, Subjakto mengatakan secara regulasi perusahaan tambang diwajibkan untuk mengutamakan produk dalam negeri. “Berangkat dari itu, Manajemen JRBM punya komitmen untuk mengutamakan produk dalam negeri. Selama ada di dalam negeri untuk apa harus mengimpor,” terang Subjakto. Subjakto juga menjelaskan tahun ini PT JRBM punya target TKDN naik mendekati 95 persen, dari sebelumnya 91,4 persen. Dengan tingkat Belanja TKDN (Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri) dari saat ini 17.5% menjadi 30%. Selama ini belanja terbesar perusahaan adalah bahan bakar, yang semuanya dibeli dari Pertamina.

“Belanja BBN ini yang mendukung TKDN perusahaan tinggi,” lanjut Subjakto. Ke depan perusahaan akan terus berkomitmen untuk mengutamakan produk yang dihasilkan dalam negeri.

Penghargaan Subroto

Sebelumnya PT JRBM juga dinobatkan sebagai kedua terbaik untuk kategori Kepatuhan Pembayaran PNBP Perusahaan Pemegang Kontrak Karya dalam Penghargaan Subroto. Penghargaan yang sama juga diraih PT Sago Prima Pratama

(SPP) sebagai kedua terbaik untuk kategori Kepatuhan Pembayaran PNBP untuk Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) Mineral.

Untuk diketahui, penghargaan Subroto merupakan salah satu penghargaan yang diadakan Kementrian ESDM sebagai bentuk apresiasi pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor Minyak dan Gas Bumi, Pertambangan, EBTKE dan Ketenagalistrikan.

Direktur PT J Resources Asia Pasifik,Tbk (PSAB) Edi Permadi menegaskan perusahaan berkomitmen untuk mematuhi setiap aturan yang berlaku dan senantiasa memastikan memenuhi setiap kewajiban baik pada negara juga masyarakat. “Penghargaan ini kami lihat sebagai apresiasi atas komitmen kami untuk mengutamakan produk dalam negeri dan kepatuhan dalam pelaporan dan pembayaran royalti serta pemenuhan kewajiban lainnya sesuai nilai dan tepat waktu. Perusahaan selalu memastikan kepatuhan terhadap seluruh undang-undang dan peraturan terkait,” terang Edi.

Sebagaimana diketahui PT J Resources Bolaang Mongondow adalah perusahaan pemegang kontrak karya. Perusahaan mengoperasikan tambang emas di Desa Bakan, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow, Sulawesi Utara. Sementara PT Sago Prima Pratama adalah anak usaha PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk yang mengoperasikan tambang emas di Seruyung, Kabupaten Nunukan, Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.

2.Anak Usaha J Resources Berhasil Lakukan Rehabilitasi DAS (15/11/2019) Anak Usaha J Resources Berhasil Lakukan Rehabilitasi DAS Jakarta, PT J Resources Bolaang Mongondow (PT JRBM), Anak usaha PT J Resources Asia Pasifik (PSAB) dinyatakan berhasil melaksanakan penanaman rehabilitasi Daerah Alisan Sungai (DAS) Bakan, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Ini merupakan kesimpulan rapat evaluasi yang dilaksanakan di Gedung Manggala Wanabakti, Jakarta Pusat.

Sebelumnya sudah dilakukan evaluasi dan supervisi pada Mei dan September 2019. Kegiatan ini dilakukan tim penilai dari Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, BPDASHL (Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai dan Hutan Lindung) Tondano dan PDASHL (Pengendalian Daerah Aliran Sungai dan Hutan Lindung) Jakarta. Ada 3 fungsi kawasan lokasi rehabilitasi DAS PT JRBM. Pertama, seluas 612 Ha sebagai yang merupakan Hutan Produksi (HP) Poigar di Desa Bantik (Blok A dan Blok B), Desa Lolan, dan Desa Ambang, Kec. Bolaang Timur, Kab. Bolaang Mongondow.

Kedua, Seluas 28 Ha sebagai Hutan Kota yang berlokasi di Desa Lalow, Kec. Lolak dan di desa Tabilaa, Kec. Bolaang Uki, Kab. Bolaang Mongondow Selatan. Dan seluas 10 Ha sebagai Hutan Lindung Mangrove berlokasi Desa Motandoi, Kec. Pinolosian Timur, Kab. Bolaang Mongondow Selatan, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi disimpulkan kegiatan penanaman rehabilitasi hutan di ketiga lokasi tersebut dinyatakan berhasil. Di hutan lindung Mangrove Matandoi dan Dumagin di rehabilitasinya berhasil di area seluas 10 Ha dengan jumlah tanaman 3.595 batang/hektar (>3.300 btg/Ha).

Kemudian Hutan Kota Lolak di Kab. Bolaang Mongondow seluas 20 Ha dan Hutan Kota Tabilaa di Kab. Bolaang Mongondow Selatan seluas 8 Ha dengan jumlah tanaman 1.172 batang/hektar (>1.100 btg/Ha).

Dan Hutan Produksi Poigar di Kab. Bolaang Mongondow seluas 612 Ha dengan jumlah tanaman rata-rata 820 batang/hektar (>700 btg/Ha). Selain itu kewajiban Rehabilitasi DAS PT JRBM secara keseluruhan 650 Ha (100%) dan dapat diserah terimakan kepada pemerintah. Jumlah tanaman yang tumbuh seluruhnya memenuhi ketentuan batas minimal sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Permenhut Nomor P.87/Menhut-II/2014 tentang Pedoman penanaman bagi pemegang IPPKH dalam rangka rehabilitasi DAS.

Direktur Jenderal Pengendalian Daerah Aliran Sungai dan Hutan Lindung Ir. Hudoyo, MM mengapresiasi langkah tersebut. “Apresiasi untuk PT. J Resources Bolaang Mongondow yang telah berhasil memenuhi kewajibannya selaku pemegang Izin Pinjam Pakai Kawasan Hutan dengan melakukan rehabilitasi Daerah Aliran Sungai. Ini menjadi bukti nyata bahwa kita semua bisa melakukan sesuatu yang baik dengan menghijaukan bumi,” tandasnya.

Keberhasilan PT JRBM tidak terlepas dari dukungan dan partisipasi masyarakat setempat dalam Program Rehabilitas DAS. “Keterlibatan masyarakat pada Program Rehabilitasi DAS PT JRBM dimulai dari proses penetapan lokasi, penyusunan dokumen rancangan teknis kegiatan dan sampai dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan penanaman,” terang Direktur J Resources Edi Permadi. Selanjutnya PT JRBM akan secara resmi menyerahkan pengelolaan lokasi rehab DAS ini kepada Pemerintah dalam hal ini Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan (KPH). KPH menjadi pengelola tapak melalui Dirjen PDASHL dan Dinas Kehutanan Sulawesi Utara.

Meski demikian, dukungan pemerintah daerah, Dinas Kehutanan, BPDASHL dan masyarakat setempat menjadi hal yang mutlak diperlukan untuk merawat dan menjaga lokasi Rehab DAS, sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat secara ekologis maupun ekonomis.

Indonesia International Furniture Expo (IFEX) 2020 IFEX 2020 Retreated from the Original Schedule

Jakarta, February 25, 2020 - Indonesian Furniture and Crafts Industry Association (HIMKI) and Dyandra Promosindo as the organizer of the Indonesia International Furniture Expo (IFEX) 2020 announced that the IFEX 2020, originally due to take place in March 2020, is postponed awaiting a conducive situation. This delay is based on the development of the situation regarding COVID-19, which was endemic throughout the world. Hence, based on security, safety, and health, IFEX 2020 is postponed due to force majeure.

"We apologize for the delay in the IFEX exhibition which is out of our control. We respectfully hope that all IFEX stakeholders can understand this situation and remain enthusiastic in supporting the growth of the national furniture and craft industry. We are optimistic that this industry can continue to grow and gain interest from the global market in the future," said Ir. Soenoto, Chairperson of HIMKI. The delayed IFEX 2020 schedule is expected to give exhibitors more time to prepare for the IFEX event. Considering IFEX is an international exhibition center hub and is one of the largest B2B (business to business) exhibitions in Indonesia and the region. IFEX still has the potential to be an intermediary for introducing the industry and local furniture players to the global market because it is part of the furniture exhibition circle in Southeast Asia.

"We believe that the local furniture industry is still in high demand. Therefore, this year we will continue to work on IFEX, even though the implementation time has been delayed. This becomes a reference for us to execute IFEX better and hopefully, the situation becomes conducive soon," said Hendra Noor Saleh, President Director of Dyandra Promosindo.

The organizers would like to extend their gratitude for the support and participation of stakeholders who continue to support IFEX 2020. The organizers also hope that the situation will soon be conducive and the COVID-19 pandemic will subside.
