Test Engineer
• Leads a team as a Shift lead of 12 people and ensures efficient query resolution & target achievement.
• Handle escalation & ensure deliverables on time.
• Streamline business processes, accomplish continuous improvement & ensure optimization of process parameters.
• Worked on RPA automation process which increased the auto application percentage by 18-20%.
• Ensure regular refresher sessions of process knowledge enhancement within the team.

• Sub-Ledger (SL) Reconciliation: Prepare daily report to reconcile our system.
• Manage the AR mailbox, ensuring all emails (internal and external) are answered within 24 hours.
• RPA Platform - Supporting the first level resolutions and coordinate with Business team and other stake holders as Applicable to solve the issues. Responsible for all the aspects of running the day-to-day process on Blue Prism RPA Platform.
• Work Allocation is done within the stipulated time.
• Works with invoicing team (Onshore and Offshore) to ensure timely closure of client’s credits paid in advance.
• Verify Customer accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Handle the QAG (Quality Assurance Group) team & make sure that every invoice of North America passes through 100% quality by us. Project:
– Worked with American Express & our Technical Support team Delivering RPA automation solution using Blue Prism. RPA Product Specialist with Technical Deployment Experience – Blue Prism. Managing, end to end automation projects. Experience of automation for Excel, Web &Windows based Application.
– Responsibilities includes Test Case Creation and Execution by understanding Requirements and functionality, Logging and Fixing a Defect, Sending Build wise Status Report to my lead, participation in the client call and involvement in writing down test plan etc.
– Log all detected defects in the identified defect tracking tool. Attending the Team Meetings.
