Cyclophosphamide as an anti-cancer drug has a great risk and adverse effects due to its neuro-toxic effects but this effect can be alleviated with the use of essential oil from garlic. Chemotherapeutic use of Cyclophosphamide should be combined with the essential oil of garlic.
