March of 2017 - Current, Part Time Peer Advocate - NVCSS is a Subcontractor for Tehama County that manages group activities and talkline/warmline services for clients with mental health challenges & disorders. Responsible for facilitating group activities such as bookclub,meditation, yoga exercises, arts & crafts, gameday,drumming, etc. One night during the week working the talkline/warmline receiving phone calls from clients that might be lonely, depressed, or seeking someone that will listen and be sympathetic to how they feel. Marketing Concepts, Redding, Ca, 2005 - 2017. Telemarketing Sales Agent/Promotions Director full time. This organization was a wholesale contractor for multiple Hotel/Casinos in Las Vegas, Reno, Lake Tahoe, Atlantic City, Biloxi, and Mesquite offering vacation packages (certificates) to businesses only that used them to promote and increase business offering them as incentives to customers & prospects to increase business, raffles at small & large events, fundraising giveaways, public auctions, acquiring referrals, etc. Heavy cold calling required to build and maintain a full pipeline of prospects and potential new customers.
