Advises on problems maintaining, servicing, inspecting aircraft and aerospace support equipment. Interprets and advises on maintenance procedures and policies to repair aircraft and support equipment. Adjusts, aligns, rigs, and calibrates aircraft systems. Conducts and assists inspecting aircraft structures, systems, components. Inspects and checks components for clearances, tolerances, proper installation, and operation. Perform leak detection and repair (LDAR) to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Inspect valves, flanges, and other components using gas analyzers to detect fugitive emissions. Calibrate gas analyzers multiple times daily to maintain accuracy and reliability. Conduct inspections in elevated and confined areas, including ladders, pipe racks, and stairways. Document findings and ensure proper reporting of emissions data. Adhere to strict safety protocols while working in industrial environments.
