JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Specifically responsible for ensuring that the Annual Preventive Maintenance Program is accomplished and Proper Documentation’s are up to date in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedure.
• Continuously probe and research the best way to improve and upgrade the equipment to prevent premature breakdowns thus making the equipment cost effective and in the long run saving the company man-hours and money.
• Directly responsible for evaluating the materials to be used on the units required by the customers.
• Always maintain direct communication with the Project Manager pertaining to: The work progress, Planned Maintenance Report, Project Status, and general information pertaining to my areas of responsibilities.
• Installation and Commissioning Technician for New and Rehabilitated Units Of the kitchen equipment appliances.
• Estimate materials & accessories in which could be repairable units of cold room, upright freezer and chiller, work top chiller units. Including industrial refrigeration unit that is used in warehousing.
• Maintaining cold room temperature at maximum efficiency by doing monthly preventive maintenance programmed.
• Modifying control circuit due to unavailability of spare parts so that able. To run the equipment’s to avoid down time.
• Maintaining cold storage walk-in chiller and freezer unit including refer container repair.
• Ensure that the work meets the safety and Environmental standards in accordance with international safety codes and regulations
• Do motors rewinding Single phase tree phase motors, interpret schematic wiring diagram and controls.
• Do repair of Combi oven. Deep flyer, water boiler, gas and electric burner, dish washing machine juicer machine, coffee machine, griddle, hot plate, etc related to restaurant and catering equipment.
