desk after we give them a claim ticket.

2. As a doorman we welcome the guests in the hotel or welcome them back. Answer all the questions

that we have knowledge of if so direct him to any of the restaurants or stores in the hotel.

3. Bring the luggage up to the room and ask if they’re returning guest. If not we show them all the

amenities of room while were using a guest last name. Don't tell him my name is James if you have any

questions give us a call at the Bell desk
