NATURE OF JOB BMS

Responsible for the monitoring of fire detection, Alarm system, Such as smoke

Detector, Heat detector, Sprinkler, MCP, Hooter and emergency exit alarm.

Responsible for the monitoring of water tank supply level alarm, Air handling unit, Kitchen exhaust fan, Fresh air handling unit.

Responsible for secure and save the life of the guest, Tenant and staff in a proper standard according to the civil defense and fir government agency.

Responsible as a main base operator in walkie talkie radio operation in the building.

Responsible of the monitoring of fire alarm activation, Gas alarm activation, Water leak detection.

Responsible of the monitoring kitchen exhaust fan, Water pump, Booster pump of the chilled water supply.

Fire suppression in the kitchen, Air detector and heat detector that regarding fire alarm system in the BMS monitoring system.

Monitoring the status of the temperature of the function room, Guest room, Ballroom and public area in the hotel.
