My name is Davia Lee Fiddler, I am a motion designer and director based in NYC. I have worked with clients such as MTV, Nike, Netflix and most recently I was a staff senior motion designer at Vox Media for the last 3 years.

I’ve been working in motion and video for entertainment and digital media for 10 years now. I’ve led creative for everything from live visual productions, post production, and full motion and video rebrands. Ive worked with companies such as Netflix, Nike, HBO and MTV. Most recently I was the Staff Senior Motion Designer at Vox Media where I led animation and video production across brands like Vox, The Verge, Vulture, and NYMag. My work is rooted in craft, but what I really bring to the table is a deep care for collaboration across creative teams. I’m the kind of creative who loves to sees projects through from start to finish while keeping creative consistent across the whole project. I'm at my best when operating as a liaison between teams. Ive worn a lot of hats and I’m often translating between production, design and video teams. It often was my job to make sure everything moved smoothly and nothing was lost in translation.

My technical background is in video and motion design. I’m fluent in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator C4D, & DaVinci Resolve. I’m just as at home designing content for a big LED wall stages as I am tweaking pixels for TikTok videos.I’m looking to grow in my career and take on more leadership roles.

Outside of my motion design work I am an avid boxer, guitarist and I VJ live visuals for DJ’s in and around the Brooklyn club scene
