• Project Management under Rwanda Housing Authority (RHA), National Land Authority
(NLA), Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA), Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Board (RAB) / Kayonza Integrated Irrigation Watershed Project (KIIWP), National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR), Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), World Resources Institute (WRI), Local Administrative Entities Development Agency
(LODA), Municipal and Local Government (MINALOC)
• Provide Technical supportas the Team Leader to the elaboration of MINAGRI Resources Mobilization Strategy under Rock Associates Company Limited, GISTECH Consulting Firm and WSIM Ltd Resources Mobilization Strategies, CoK and Six Secondary Cities Unplanned Settlement Upgrading Projects, Rwamagana – Muhanga – Musanze – Rubavu – Ngoma – Kirehe and Gakenke District Land Use Plans and Rwanda Polytechnique / Gishari College Master Plan.
• Completion of the Consultancy Services to conduct the Project Mid-Term Evaluation Exercise and the Resources Mobilization Strategy across Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda Tanzania, Kenya and Ethiopia (2015-2020) for the International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe).
• Participate in modelling and graphic designing as well as GIS data processing and Remote Sensing.

• Conduct field investigations, Focus Group Discussions and Key Informant Interviews for Community Development Projects.
• Coordination of the team as well as the management in Municipal Development Programs
• Develop the the Five Years Strategic Plan (2020-2025), its Funding Mechanism and Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for ASSOCIATION SOLIDATITE UBUMWE.
• Development of Local Economic Development (LED) Strategies and City Brands and Marketing Strategies for the Six Secondary Cities under Local Administrative Entities Development Agency (LODA) with World Bank funds (Rwanda Urban Development Project-RUDP).
• Development of Integrated Development Strategy for the City of Kigali (IDS-CoK: 2028- 2024) and conduct its End Evaluation / Assessment to inform the next generation of the Strategy 2024-2029.

Leobard BANAMWANA always demonstrated the ability and capacity to build and maintain relationship and solve complex issues among multiple entities with avoidance and prevention of conflicting interests from private and public institutions.
