• Manage implementation projects for this custom software firm, providing best in class global label management solution for customers that require a validated and tested environment, that meets or exceeds FDA/MDR requirements.

• Define the transition planning and lead the handover process between sales and delivery, so details discussed in sales cycle not captured in scope documentation, are shared with the team.

• Partner with the c-suite executives to review and streamline delivery processes.

• Develop and manage the plan of record from sales handoff through application development, testing and integration project pieces.

Senior Program Manager

• Responsible for implementation of projects that generate ARR on behalf of custom software development firm providing leading edge customer care applications using the latest voice recognition technology.

• Within the standard SDLC model, utilized AGILE development methodology and tightly integrated professional services to produce scalable applications for companies with national and worldwide reach.

• Established and managed the plan of record and provide program management for multiple project schedules, application development teams, testing and deployments.

Program Manager/Technical Design Authority September 2008 – June 2013

• Responsible for Dublin Project total 27.5M euro in implementation project including Network expansion, physical and virtual security, for this technology architecture firm providing professional services, product definition, sales and integration engineering services to companies worldwide.

• Managed and designed oversight for the new international airport terminals in Baku Azerbaijan, Sao Paulo Brazil and Dublin Ireland.

• Developed functional specifications for IT systems to be incorporated during new building construction at international airports (CCTV, Access Control, FIDS, ICISS and others).

• Provided program management for IT system deployment with construction teams, architects, and local IT contractors, to ensure fit and finish of all incorporated work-packages.

• Provided technical direction and sales support for on-site activities associated with a world-wide production WAN Upgrade / consolidation project. Furnished onsite network audits at 100 airports worldwide. Installed and configured core hardware allowing for the maximum geographic coverage potential, with minimal hardware investment.

• Developed reality-based pricing for products resold with the customers. Established proposal approval process in conjunction with building owner. • Assisted in the development of programs providing support and project-based services to small to midsize companies throughout New England, resulting in revenue growth from $3M to $5M.
