Personal Statement
I am a passionate and innovative young professional in the automotive industry since 2015, I have a passion for learning and willing to increase my knowledge, I am able to demonstrate the ability to coach and mentor high-performance warehouse operatives in line with operational requirements but also take instruction whilst adhering when needed to. One of my key strengths is communication; building strong relationships with people to deliver the best results. I also work well as part of a team. I am very enthusiastic and extremely hard working; I am prepared for any challenge that is set before me. I am an organized individual who is able to meet deadlines. I also have the determination and motivation to achieve all challenges that I am set.

While working here my Responsibilities were:
●Working on the main engine line completion where we must add on final components to complete the engine.
●Working in the logistic side of the warehouse, loading and unloading the conveyor belt by using my Forklift Truck.
●Also it was mandatory to do a quality inspection on each part before placing into a stillage to meet BMW criteria.
●Also working here it was crucial I met key performance indicators, these include speed, accuracy and quality. Speed was measured by keeping a record of the number of deliveries that were made in a specific time.

Land Rover December 2015 to July 2018
While working here my responsibilities was to:
●Make up orders for distribution
●Ensure each pallet is secure for transit and labelled correctly.
●Also, load/ unload vehicles using forklifts,
●Move goods using forklift in warehouse
●Also working here it was crucial I met key performance indicators, these include speed, accuracy and quality
●Keep surrounding area and grounds clean and tidy
●While working here I became a First Aid Trainer
