Dietary 2017 - Present
I would take a position at our central warehouse to do catering for various places. We would have five to ten per day. A decision was made to open a Bistro at our Administrative Building, and I would relocate to help with the opening of the Bistro, and I would manage it. I do weekly orders, take care of the customers, also do catering from the Bistro.
Assistant Manager 2000 – 2017
As the assistant manager I would manage a school with five staff members under me. I ran the kitchen along with weekly ordering, monthly inventory, daily paperwork, and making sure the needs of our students were met. I would later transfer to another school where I had twelve women on my staff, in addition to my daily duties I would travel to other schools to help kitchen managers with their upcoming audits.
General Prep 1999 – 2000
Served students their lunches along with daily tasks in the kitchen. While there I learned to be the backup cook, I learned to use fryers, an industrial mashed potato bowl. I would later become a backup assistant manager.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
I have travelled to many schools to teach managers how to order, how to fix what was wrong with their POS system, to get them ready for upcoming audits, how to input inventory into our Edison system, how to receive items, I have also taken on the role as manager in some schools to help out our area supervisors that needed it.
I also Head Coached the Boys and Girls basketball team at Success Tech Academy while I was the manager of the kitchen. I went on to coach the k-8 boys basketball team at Kentucky while working there. I also coached the boys’ and girls’ soccer teams while working at another school. I have a lot of experience being around kids. I enjoy getting to know them and working with them. I build a good rapport with them.
