Served as a team member in the 5G testing for the first in the world 5G Launch call in April 2019 in the Minneapolis market.
● Leveraged C-Band designing sites that were part of the initial C-Band Launch in January 2022.
● Utilized an RF design for C-Band / LTE new builds and carrier adds to address site capacity triggers with low throughput and imbalanced traffic between sectors and carriers. Provided an RF design to save the license sites using Atoll. Ensured the best SINR and coverage design positively impacting the end user experience. Based the design on the one-touch design strategy for cost-effective solutions.
● Mentored new engineers through knowledge-sharing sessions to put them on track as RF Engineers to be able to handle tasks independently.
● Monitored the traffic forecast, solutions, and project creation with an excellent ability to create reports using spreadsheets / Excel functions for traffic and KPI monitoring.
● Delivered the 5G mmw initial design for Fargo / Bismarck cities by running different scenarios using Atoll Automatic Cell Planning, designing the required polygon to cover the highest downtown pops / hotspots.

Alcatel-Lucent LTE Radio Network Planning, Vodafone Qatar, September 2014 – December 2014 Executed Radio Network design and planning for new phase 160 sites using Atoll and Acco planning tools by running several scenarios for Best Server, RSRP, and RSRQ.

● Recommended changes for High Runners and Proposed physical and logical optimization actions. Alcatel-Lucent Radio Network Optimization / Planning Surfline Ghana, October 2013 – August 2014 Launched the first / biggest LTE Network in Ghana, covering the two main cities.
